Clinical overview

The Capnoxi® Plus is a portable, battery-powered multiparameter monitor designed for real-time assessment of patient respiratory status during critical care, emergency transport, and perioperative anesthesia management. By continuously measuring end-tidal CO2 (ETCO2), oxygen saturation (SpO2), pulse rate, and respiratory rate, clinicians gain immediate insight into ventilation adequacy and oxygenation status. The device assists in determining optimal timing for intubation or extubation, verifies correct endotracheal tube placement, and alerts clinicians to accidental extubation events—critical safety features in high-acuity environments.

Equipped with professional data analysis software, the Capnoxi® Plus stores unlimited patient records and enables 255-hour historical data replay via USB connection to a PC. Specialized respiratory status analysis and sleep condition evaluation functions support comprehensive clinical documentation and trend analysis. The 5-inch colorful TFT LCD display provides clear real-time waveforms and numeric values, while dual-color LED alarms (yellow/red) and audible alerts ensure immediate clinician notification of critical events.
