Clinical overview
The HeartRec® Eco is a portable, user-friendly 12-lead Holter ECG system designed for continuous cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia detection. The recorder collects synchronous 12-lead ECG waveforms and records continuously for 48 hours, enabling comprehensive assessment of patient cardiac status in ambulatory settings. The integrated analysis software provides playback, classification, and advanced diagnostic functions including arrhythmia detection, heart rate variability (HRV), QT dispersion (QTD), and T-wave alternation (TWA) analysis.
With a clear operating interface and over 10 pre-configured templates for atrial premature beats, ventricular premature beats, long intervals, atrial flutter, and atrial fibrillation, the system enables rapid identification of pathological waveforms. Flexible segmented and automatic-manual analysis modes allow physicians to optimize diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency. Advanced features including pacemaker analysis (AAI, VVI, DDD modes), heart rate turbulence assessment, and vectorcardiography (VCG) analysis provide comprehensive risk stratification for post-MI patients and arrhythmia prevention.
